Why do I need to join at a facility level?
Carbon reductions must be tracked at each facility since emissions, energy use, and reduction strategies vary by site. A corporate-level account alone cannot provide accurate reporting or insights.
We don't have a sustainability team, do we still need to participate?
Yes, M2030 is designed to be simple and accessible. We host regular training webinars, and the platform provides step-by-step guidance, making it easy to track and reduce emissions, even without a dedicated sustainability resourse.
I already report elsewhere, why use M2030?
Reporting through M2030 provides your customers with emissions data in a standardized, easy-to-read format, ensuring they have clear visibility and can track progress effectively.
How are you different from EcoVadis/Sedex/CDP?
M2030 focuses on facility-level carbon reduction, not just reporting. We provide actionable insights and data-sharing tools to help suppliers take measurable steps toward decarbonization.
What data will I be asked to submit?
Site-level energy, waste, water use, production output, and the percentage supplied to customers. You’ll also track sustainability projects and targets in the Reduction Plan builder.
How is my data shared with customers?
Your emissions data is securely shared only with your selected customers. You retain control over what is reported, ensuring transparency while protecting sensitive information.
Is there a cost to join M2030?
Yes, a facility license is needed for each site joining the platform. A license costs $850 per year, for unlimited users.
Are there any discounts available?
Discounts are available for organizations with 6 or more facilities, and those with just one facility, please contact our team for more information.
What payment methods are available?
Through the platform you can generate a pro-forma invoice, allowing you to pay via card or bank transfer.
