Operations Process & Project Manager
We're looking for an Operations Process & Project Manager to join our team.
Manufacture 2030 is a fast-growth, purpose-led company working to accelerate progress towards the necessary carbon reduction targets needed to tackle the biggest challenge of our time. Our unique software platform and dedicated support services help global companies understand and reduce the Scope 3 emissions and other environmental impacts in their supply chains at scale.
We’re now on the hunt for a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated person to support our company as we scale our business significantly. A critical part of successful growth is being able to evolve and, in some cases, entirely re-invent how teams work, via the processes that they use. Processes which work for hundreds of customers do not work for thousands. You will be working closely with our key teams, by identifying and implementing operational improvements to help them operate more efficiently and spend more time with their customers.
Our customers are some of the biggest household names, requiring us to maintain good governance and security. As such, compliance is a vital part of what we do. You will be responsible for managing adherence to the various compliance certifications which assist us to gain the trust of our customers.

While undertaking this role you’ll both rapidly learn new skills and contribute towards helping businesses across the globe reduce their environmental impacts and carbon emissions.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and sharing processes
- Map out and document the key processes across the company.
- Ensure all process and training documentation is kept up-to-date.
- Maintaining and increasing the efficiency of processes across the company
- Work closely with Operations and other key business teams to identify high priority areas for improvement (e.g. pain points, easily automatable areas, natural sources of error).
- Design solutions for these improvements which will be both easy to understand and fit seamlessly into our teams’ ways of working, freeing up time to add value to customers, and maintaining the quality of our data.
- Work with others to develop and implement these solutions, including training users.
- Managing adherence to compliance certifications and standards
- Be responsible for the business’ data security & quality assurance program (Management System certified to ISO27001).
- Project manage the necessary work to acquire and maintain any compliance certification that may be required.
- Project manage the process improvement efforts to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure all projects are properly managed and completed.
- Provide support with strategic projects including those for the senior leadership team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, operations, or related field. Work experience in a relevant operational role, for example, working with business processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to creatively tackle a problem or opportunity, then create the simplest process to solve it that others can follow intuitively.
- Prior experience of ensuring compliance to ISO standards would be an asset.
- Experience in Customer Success Teams or using CRM (particularly Salesforce) systems would be a definite plus.
- Ability to work well in an international and multi-cultural environment.

Job summary:
Location: Oxford or hybrid working (UK-based)
Remuneration: £27-35k
Tenure: Permanent / full time
