We’re now on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Climate Impact Campaign Manager to join our growing team, managing end-to-end supplier engagement campaigns and delivering against KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of end-to-end supplier engagement campaigns.
  • Coordination and creation of all associated engagement communications for a range of industry suppliers.
  • Collaborating with Industry Leads and Delivery Managers to produce campaign and engagement team briefs.
  • Sourcing the translation of engagement comms as required.
  • Building forms, landing pages and segmentation lists using the CRM.
  • Building, testing and sending emails via the CRM.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs including email click through and conversion rates.
  • Collating campaign feedback from internal teams and user stories from suppliers.
  • Implementing continuous improvement across the supplier journey.
  • Coordinating with Data Ops team on the pre-campaign data upload and post-campaign data clean up.
  • Liaising with the Climate Action Program team to enhance the M2030 offer and incorporate upsell and cross-selling opportunities into campaign communication.
  • Copy-writing of email templates for the Climate Impact Sales team.
  • Collaborating with the Operations team to clean and update supplier data and improve reporting.
  • Collating FAQs and ensuring supplier queries are handled in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with external agencies and the Marketing team to refine and test messaging and supplier journeys.
  • Keeping track of competitors and market trends.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate belief in our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a B2B or B2C Marketing Communications role with a strong understanding of the importance of the customer journey.
  • Experience of executing email marketing campaigns, ideally for a B2B audience.
  • The ability to demonstrate Project Management skills.
  • Experience of using Salesforce or other CRM.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
  • A natural attention to detail, organisation and diligence in the way you work.
  • Team player with the ability to work proactively independently.

To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic and proactive with a passion for supporting the M2030 mission.

You will need to be able to talk confidently to different stakeholders to understand and implement their requirements. Your communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous deadlines will be crucial. A technical aptitude and keen eye for detail will also be vital to the role.

You should understand that our internal processes are evolving and as we grow as a business the aforementioned responsibilities are likely to develop and you should feel comfortable to adapt and grow with the role.

Job summary:

Location: Oxford, UK or remote.
Remuneration: £35k plus bonus
Tenure: Full time / permanent
Reporting to: Head of Campaigns
